Legal services

We provide consultancy and legal assistance services on corporate, competition, M&A, commercial law, public procurement law, real estate, financing and leasing, building and design, IPR.

We also handle a wide range of litigations and cross-border disputes through international arbitrations and other forms of dispute resolution.

Corporate Law - We usually deal with companies’ set-up, negotiation of corporate documents, foreign investments regime in Romania and general issues concerning companies’ operation, managing national and international contractual relations, corporate governance matters, privatisation, reorganising and bankruptcy procedures.

M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) - Our services cover national and international aspects of corporate strategy, corporate finance and management dealing with the buying, selling and combining of different companies, conducting due diligence processes; acquisition (takeover) of target companies/shares/assets/reverse takeover, splitting of companies and all related operations - the transactions amounts rank between 10.000 $ (1993) and 60.000.000 Euros (2007/2008).

Real Estate - We constantly assist clients in selling and acquisitions, constitution of other factual rights over buildings, assistance for real estate development and execution projects, financing of real estate projects, constitution of real estate securities, enforcement execution, securing real estate transactions and specific „due diligence” processes.
